Zak Aujla
Zak began his career in London's West End theatre business, working in set design, costume and stage management. He then moved his talents into retail management where he has made his name with a number of high street brands and his own businesses. He now co-owns The Coach and Horses with Ross.

Ross Heywood
Following a brief, but intense stint in catering, Ross eventually decided to forge a career in television production. He has since left the bright lights of game shows and entertainment behind and has turned his attentions to concentrate on developing the Coach and Horses alongside Zak.

Cassie Bond
Food has always been in Cassie's blood and came to The Coach and Horses from The Walton Arms in Altham. She has worked for Blackburn Rovers football club and recently appeared on Masterchef - The Professionals, where she earnt the respect of Michelin starred chef, Michelle Roux, who has invited her to spend a busmans holiday working alongside him at Le Gavroche in London.

Sue & Dave Heywood
By the surname, you may have gathered, they are Ross's parents. Sue and Dave came to The Coach and Horses to lend a helping hand and never seem to have left. Although not formally trained in the pub business, Sue's mum and dad ran a successful pub business for many years where they gained their experience. They are our rock!

Andrew Walker
Talented sous chef Andy is Cassie's right hand man. He has worked in Manchester city centre hotels, The Inn at Whitewell and The Duke of York (Grindleton).
